Return Policy - Online
We want you to be able to shop with confidence. You can return an item that you bought from this website within 7 days from the date you receive it for any reason.
Please be aware we are unable to refund the delivery cost. In addition, we will only refund the purchase price, less two delivery fees (to cover the outward and return delivery costs). You may choose to return the item by yourself or by your own carrier, in which case you will be responsile for its safe return. Some of our products can be offered with free delivery. Please note that if you return one of these products, our actual delivery costs will be deducted from your refund. The item must be returned in its original condition so that we can endeavour to re-sell it. We recommend that you keep the original carton to minimise the chances of it getting damaged.
How to return an item:
Contact us on 02 8678 8362 or by email (email@example.com) for a return confirmation. Please include your order number and let us know which item(s) you are returning.
We will arrange for the return of the item to us. We will let you know the cost which will be deducted from the refund amount. Alternatively, arrange your own transport and return it to The Import Depot, 5/71 Kurrajong Ave, Mt Druitt NSW 2770.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us on 02 8678 8362 or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and include the order number with a description of the damage. It would be most helpful if you could send us a picture of the damage. In most cases, we will send you a replacement part to fix the problem. Please make sure that you check for damage immediately upon receiving the product(s), as we cannot take responsibility for damages that may happen once you have received the product(s).
